Samsung has just unveiled two new tiny camcorders - the Samsung MX-C14 and SMX-C10 - and they’re both ready for your to capture footage of you pulling off ridiculous stunts, such as jumping off the Gherkin, or rolling down Niagra Falls in a barrel. After all, you need to capture those moments for posterity.
Both the Samsung MX-C14 and SMX-C10 are fitted with one-touch YouTube uploads so getting that footage on the internet is a breeze. The only real problem is keeping your eyes open long enough to frame it up in their swivelling 2.7-inch LCD displays.
Both camcorders sport the iconic Active Angle Lens, and Samsung’s Touch of Colour finish found in their TVs (which explains the awesome looks), as well as a 10x optical zoom for long-distance shots and Hyper Image Stabilization for particularly shakey-handed users.
While Samsung still hasn’t told us the prices or (inexplicably) the resolutions of these camcorders, we do know that the the SMX-C14 has 16GB of internal Flash storage, while the SMX-C10 only has an SD/SDHC card slot. With a July release scheduled, we’re looking forward to creating some XXX movies. No, not THAT sort of XXX movie!
